For physical products, we ship within the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Event Tickets & Classes: Refunds are available up to 7 before the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued after this period unless the event is canceled by Evergreen Art Center.
Digital Products: All digital purchases (e.g., downloadable art lessons or guides) are final sale.
